Tempting as it may be to have fizzy drinks every day due to the rising mercury levels, people who do are at a 20% higher risk of getting heart disease than those don't.

People who drink diet sodas every day have 6% high risk of bursting a blood cells.Children who consume 40-70 ml of soft drinks a day ,may put on 3-5 kilos weight every year.

Consuming one cola a day equals 8 spoons of sugar.

The carbohydrates or sugars only provide empty calories with out any  nutrition ,merely adding to one's weight.Regular consumption lead to high cholesterol ,high blood pressure and diabetes.

So its the time to adopt a hard stance against soft drinks.
